Introduction

We ("we", "our", or "the developer") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how each of the apps listed above handles information when you use it on your Android device.

Information Collection

The apps do not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. All readings and information shown by the apps are processed and stored locally on your device.

Device Info

Reads device hardware and software information solely for display purposes on your device. This includes:

• Device model, brand, and manufacturer
• Operating system version and build information
• CPU, GPU, memory, and storage specifications
• Display, battery, network, sensor, and camera information
• Installed application list
• Thermal zone information

Unseen

Reads sensor data and saves user-initiated measurements to a local database (Isar) inside the app's private sandbox. Data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it through the OS share sheet. The following data may be stored locally:

• Timestamp and sensor readings (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, barometer, ambient light)
• Ambient sound level (numeric dB only — no audio is recorded)
• Wi-Fi access point list (SSID, BSSID, RSSI) for the signal heatmap
• Optional geographic coordinates attached to a measurement

Lineate

Processes the photo you choose entirely on the device to generate line art, and saves your artworks to the app's private storage. Nothing is uploaded. The following data may be stored locally:

• Photos you pick from the camera or gallery, used only as input to the on-device line-art model
• Generated line-art images and your coloured / traced artworks
• Screenshots and screen recordings you choose to save or export
• App preferences such as Pro purchase status and daily free-usage count

Data Processing

All data is processed locally on your device. No personal data is collected, stored on external servers, or shared with third parties. The apps do not transmit any sensor or device information over the internet.

Permissions

The apps request the following permissions only when you access the related feature. Denying a permission does not affect unrelated functionality.

Device Info

• Location: Used only to read Wi-Fi SSID (required by Android 10+). Not used for tracking.
• Camera: Used only to read camera hardware specifications. No photos or videos are taken.
• Phone: Used only to read network operator information.

Unseen

• Camera: Used for the AR overlay and ambient brightness measurement. Camera frames are processed in real time on the device and are never stored or transmitted.
• Location (fine / coarse): Used to tag a measurement with its geographic position, and is required by Android in order to scan nearby Wi-Fi networks. Stored locally only.
• Microphone: Used to measure ambient sound level (dB) and to time the gap between a lightning flash and its thunder. Audio is analysed as a numeric amplitude in real time; no audio is recorded or transmitted.
• Wi-Fi state / Nearby Wi-Fi devices: Used to read the list of Wi-Fi access points and their signal strength for the local signal heatmap. Not uploaded.
• Internet / Network state: Declared because Google Play Services / ARCore may download AR runtime components on demand, and tapping the in-app "Privacy policy" link opens this web page in your browser. The app itself does not contact any server.

Lineate

• Camera: Used to take a photo for line art and for the AR tracing overlay. Camera frames are processed in real time on the device and are never uploaded.
• Microphone: Used only to record audio while you record a video of your drawing. It is used solely for that recording and is not analysed or transmitted.
• Photos / Media / Storage: Used to pick a photo to trace and to save your line art, artworks, screenshots and recordings to your gallery. On Android 10+ this is done through the system MediaStore without broad storage access.
• Internet / Network state: Declared so the app can show ads via Google AdMob, process in-app purchases through Google Play, and open this privacy-policy page in your browser. Your photos and artworks are never uploaded.

Advertising

Device Info uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can remove all ads by purchasing the Pro version within the app.

Lineate uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (banner, interstitial and rewarded). AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad delivery as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can remove all ads by purchasing the Pro version within the app.

Unseen contains no advertising SDK.

In-App Purchases

Device Info offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. Purchase transactions are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Lineate offers a one-time in-app purchase (Pro) that removes advertisements and the export watermark. Purchase transactions are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Unseen contains no in-app purchases.

Third-party Services

Unseen integrates Google ARCore for device pose tracking used by the AR feature. ARCore is loaded on demand by Google Play Services. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Lineate integrates the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK for advertising and uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. See Google's Privacy Policy. Line-art generation runs fully on the device and contacts no server.

Beyond the services listed above, the apps contain no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no social login.

Children's Privacy

The apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
